TYSON REIMER - PARTNER

A trained chef and graduate of the Dubrulle French Culinary School, Tyson has most recently been a personal chef aboard private yachts. During this time, he sampled varied cuisines and ingredients in ports throughout the world, including many in the Caribbean and South America. He Served his apprenticeship at the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel in Toronto and subsequently worked for a number of top restaurants and resorts in British Columia.

Uniquely qualified to run the front of house, Tyson combines the business savvy of a good GM along with the understanding of the kitchen that only a chep possesses.
